Each phone number can handle a maximum of 10 simultaneous calls. If you need to handle more simultaneous calls, contact support@sonetel.com
10, and 100-number series can be provided manually for an additional service charge of $50.
If you answer the call
with an IP phone, the above is the only cost. If you forward the incoming call to a mobile phone number or similar, the outbound call is charged
as a regular outbound call in addition to the above charges.
You can cancel a phone number at any time.
Since Local Number Portability is a legal right in most of Europe and North America, Sonetel will never refuse a request from you to bring your phone number to another phone company.
