Each phone number can handle 10 simultaneous incoming calls. Phone numbers can be connected to Sonetel users or be forwarded to mobile phone numbers, land line numbers or SIP-addresses. Calls can also be forwarded to a PBX.
You can cancel a phone number at any time.
Sonetel will never refuse a request from you to bring your phone number to another phone company as long as you have a positive Sonetel prepaid account.
